Dear friend,
I know it can be a painful experience to feel like we're forgetting our loved ones who have passed. But I want to remind you that it's completely normal to feel this way and that your loved one will always hold a special place in your heart.
Memories are a powerful thing, but they can also be fleeting. Don't be too hard on yourself if you can't remember every little detail about your loved one. Instead, try to focus on the moments that stand out to you and hold onto them tightly.
Here are a few things you can do to help keep your loved one's memory alive:
Create a memory box or scrapbook filled with pictures, mementos, and other items that remind you of your loved one.
Share stories about your loved one with family and friends. This not only helps keep their memory alive but also helps you feel more connected to them.
Light a candle, say a prayer, or perform a special ritual in honor of your loved one. This can be a meaningful way to honor their memory and feel their presence.
Remember, your loved one will always be with you in spirit and they will never truly be forgotten. It's okay to feel like you're forgetting, but know that your heart will always hold a special place for them.
