Refunds Policy
All sales are final and no refunds will be issued.
There are strictly no refunds for digital products, online courses, in-person courses, event tickets, apparel, oracle cards, books and Readings, after purchase unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase.
Reschedule and Cancellation Policy for Services and readings
Individual readings may be canceled with a full refund within 72 hours of purchase, provided that written notice is received via email. After the 72-hour window, readings cannot be canceled but may be rescheduled up to 14 business days from the purchase date, on a case-by-case basis, and upon written request via email via the contact page. No refunds or reschedules will be granted more than 14 business days after purchase.
Rescheduled readings can be moved within 6 months from the date of the original request, subject to Michelle’s availability. If Michelle must cancel a reading for any reason, it will be rescheduled within 6 months, or a full refund will be provided. Refunds may take up to 14 business days, depending on the issuing bank. Michelle does not need to provide a reason for cancelling.
