REFUNDS & TRANSFER POLICY: By completing this payment you are agreeing to the following refund and transfer policies. Payments are nonrefundable after November 1, 2025. Requests to transfer to the following year will only be considered if submitted via email, and must be received by January 1, 2026. Registration may be transferred to another person upon request. Requests to transfer to another person must be received no later than December 15, 2025.

COURSE ACCESS: If you don’t already have a student account with Michelle The Medium™, a new one will be created, and the details will be emailed to you on or before January 5, 2026. If you already have a student account, the certificate program will appear in your account on January 15, 2026.

To get the best experience from this program, participants are encouraged to set aside 3-5 hours per week to dedicate to the course material.
