What is a Medium?

A Medium is a person who can detect the subtle energy of those who have crossed over to the Other Side.

People with mediumistic abilities are also Psychic. But not all Psychics are Mediums.

Psychic energy is different to Mediumistic energy. A person may be profoundly psychic but that does not mean they can connect with the Afterlife. This is important if your goal is to connect with someone who has passed on. You will want a Medium - not just a Psychic.

There are many different types of Mediums and not every Medium works the same way.

A Spiritual Medium is usually a person who works with Prayer and the Holy Spirit and who practices Mediumship to help heal those in the physical realm as well as in the spiritual realm. Spiritual Mediums aren’t just about validating life after death. They also hold the intention of healing and bringing love and compassion to the world through the messages they are able to share..

An Evidential Medium on the other hand is a Medium who predominantly focuses on bringing through evidence of the afterlife.

Evidential Mediums are usually primarily focused on bringing through evidence but are not often as concerned about the spiritual side of Mediumship. Their goal is to simply bring through evidential information.

I classify myself as a Spiritual and Evidential Medium. My intention is to always bring through evidential information as this is valid and important, but my ultimate goal in doing this work is to bring healing, love and compassion both to the physical world and the spiritual world.

I believe the process of Mediumship is more than just proving that mum or dad is still alive in spirit. Mediumship is also about the love connections and the bonds we share.

I believe it important to demonstrate how love is eternal and that when we do die, our souls will be welcomed into the heart of a loving, powerful and compassionate God.
